Products Not Eligible for Return
On our website you’ll find two specific categories of items, clearly marked, for which returns or refunds are not accepted:

“On demand” products → items that are made especially for you once your order is placed.

“Seasonal” products → items designed for a specific season or limited collection (e.g. planners, calendars, or capsule collections). Once the season has ended, they may be offered at discounted prices — if purchased on sale, they cannot be returned.
At checkout, you will be asked to accept this clause, to ensure you are fully aware of your rights before confirming your order.
Right of Withdrawal
For all other items, customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the order, without providing any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal:

Contact us through the contact form on our website, indicating your order number, full name, and the product you wish to return.

You will receive an email with instructions and the return address.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item, after verifying its condition, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
