PRODUCTS SUBJECT TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Regarding purchases made on our website, customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the items, without providing any reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, simply contact us using the form available on our website, specifying your order number, full name, and the product you wish to return.

You will receive an email with instructions and the exact return address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, following an inspection of its condition, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Product exchanges are not permitted under any circumstances.

PRODUCTS EXCLUDED FROM THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

These are seasonal products (e.g., planners, calendars, or other limited edition collections) that, once the sales period ends, may be offered at discounted prices. If purchased at a discounted price, returns will not be accepted under any circumstances.
