All shipments leave from Italy with tracked courier .

Orders are processed within 1-4 business days. During certain periods of the year when workload is high, order processing may be slower.

All products arrive in about 1-3 working days from the moment of processing . Delivery times are indicative, unfortunately for shipments outside Italy there are often delays that do not depend on us.

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout:
- Italy €2.90 (free for orders over €65)
- France , Germany , Spain , Belgium €12
- UK and Switzerland €13
- Rest of Europe, USA, Canada and Brazil €16
- Rest of the world €30

Any additional customs or customs storage costs are the responsibility of the customer .

If the package is confirmed as delivered with tracked shipping, the buyer has full responsibility for any theft or loss of the order. The customer is directly responsible if the package is returned to the sender, and in this case it is possible to rearrange the shipment with the consequent additional costs.

All t-shirts are 100% organic cotton and ethically produced by PETA label , Fair Wear and GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) certified suppliers. Stationery products are entirely printed in Italy and are FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certified with 100% non-toxic inks. Find all the information on sustainability and our commitment here .

Our packaging is almost exclusively plastic free, preferring biodegradable paper and cardboard bags. We have started a collaboration with MovoPack to reduce the impact of packaging waste with a personalized 100% recyclable and circular Disegnetti Depressetti bag. You can return the products (if unused and intact) within 14 days from the delivery date. Shipping costs are paid by the customer and a refund will be sent to the payment method used for the purchase. Shipping costs are not refunded. Write on the shop's assistance page before proceeding with the return.
