where do product shipments start from?
All shipments leave from Italy with tracked courier.
how long does it take for my order to be processed?
Orders are processed within 1-4 business days. During certain periods of the year when workload is high, order processing may be slower.
how long does shipping take?
All products arrive in about 1-3 working days from the moment of processing . Delivery times are indicative, unfortunately for shipments outside Italy there are often delays that do not depend on us.
how much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout:
- Italy €2.90 (free for orders over €65)
- France , Germany , Spain , Belgium €12
- UK and Switzerland €13
- Rest of Europe, USA, Canada and Brazil €16
- Rest of the world €30
who covers any customs costs?
Any additional customs or customs storage costs are the responsibility of the customer .
the package is marked as delivered but I haven't received anything, what can I do?
If the package is confirmed as delivered with tracked shipping, the buyer has full responsibility for any theft or loss of the order. The customer is directly responsible if the package is returned to the sender, and in this case it is possible to rearrange the shipment with the consequent additional costs.
what are the materials and origin of Designetti Depressetti products?
All t-shirts are 100% organic cotton and ethically produced by PETA label , Fair Wear , and GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) certified suppliers. how is Designetti Depressetti packaging made?

how can I make a return or exchange?
PRODUCTS WITHOUT WITHDRAWAL
On the site you will find two groups of specific and clearly marked products for which we do not offer refunds or returns.
- “on demand ”: these items are produced exclusively for you once you have placed your order, so we do not accept returns on this type of product.
- “seasonal ”: these are products that we will sell for a specific season (e.g. diaries, calendars or other limited edition collections) and which, once the season is over, may be offered at advantageous prices. If purchased at a discounted price, returns will not be possible.
For this reason, during checkout, you will be asked to accept this clause so you can rest assured knowing your rights.
FOR OTHER PRODUCTS
For all other purchased items, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt, without having to provide a reason. To exercise this right, simply contact us using the form on the website , indicating the order number, name and surname, and the product to be returned.
You will receive an email with instructions and the exact address for returning the product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the return, following an inspection of the condition of the product, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Product exchange is not possible under any circumstances.
