Shipping policy
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.
Orders are processed in 2-4 working days, at certain times of the year when the workload is higher (for example when new products are released), it may take a little longer to process orders.
All products are shipped from Italy via tracked courier and arrive in approximately 1-4 working days.
Shipping costs:
- Italy €2.90, free for orders over €65
- France, Germany, Spain, Belgium €12
- UK and Switzerland €13
- Rest of Europe, USA, Canada and Brazil €16
- Rest of the world €30
Delivery times are indicative, unfortunately for shipments outside Italy there are often delays that are beyond our control.
Any customs costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If the package is confirmed delivered with tracked shipping, the buyer has full responsibility for any theft or loss of the order.
The customer is responsible if the package is returned to the sender, it is possible to rearrange the shipment by paying for it.

PRODUCTS SUBJECT TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Regarding purchases made on our website, customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the items, without providing any reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, simply contact us using the form available on our website, specifying your order number, full name, and the product you wish to return.
You will receive an email with instructions and the exact return address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, following an inspection of its condition, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Product exchanges are not permitted under any circumstances.
PRODUCTS EXCLUDED FROM THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The aforementioned category excludes a series of products clearly marked on our website with the "Final Sale" label. These are seasonal products (e.g., planners, calendars, or other limited edition collections) that, once the sales period ends, may be offered at discounted prices. If purchased at a discounted price, returns will not be accepted under any circumstances.
