• the best way to take care of these jewels is to wear them often except when you play sports or go to the spa, the sulfur contained in sweat and sulfurous waters oxidizes the metal.
• be sure to dry them with a cloth after contact with fresh or salt water
• when you are not using them, store them in their bags to protect them from humidity.
• if their shine diminishes or is compromised, you can rub them delicately with warm water and bicarbonate of soda. Alternatively , for optimal results, you can purchase a cloth, cream, or bath specifically for polishing silver.
• its color will not change over time with wear or multiple washes
• during summer it might leave a small green halo in contact with the skin but it is completely normal, with a little water and soap it will disappear

The necklaces are handcrafted in Italy by @adele_murace, a jewelry designer who collaborates with small artisan workshops.

All versions are nickel-free and hypoallergenic in accordance with European regulations.

They are carefully packaged in a cotton pouch and a branded FSC® certified paper box to prevent them from getting damaged.

The packaging used to ship the products is plastic-free and compostable. And in the few cases where bags are used, they are made from recycled plastic.

We do not use additional tags or labels to avoid unnecessary waste.

Orders are processed on average within 2–5 business days. During high-volume periods, shipments may take longer. All packages are shipped via tracked courier.

Returns
